We are here to make sure whether you order your DIY product On-line for delivery or to collect in-store. Your DIY products gets to you as easily as possible . We have set up 2 main delivery options for your hardware or paint product. Option 1, you can order on-line and we will deliver to your home or work address o the specified day of your choice. So if you need a hammer for a picture hang at the weekend or a Hi-Vis jacket for the next day you’ll have what you need when you need it. Option 2 , We have a DIY store based in Deptford, Lewisham, London where you can collect the product you have ordered on-line.
Place your order online and in the notes select whether you would like to collect in-store or have your item delivered to your home address at the time that suits you.
Receive your confirmation email from Johnnys DIY stating your desired delivery details. If at this point you need to change anything please let us know and we'll happily make any amendments.
Your product will be ready for you to collect at your convenience. You'll have 7 days to return the item and we'll refund your money with no questions asked. Any more information please get in contact

Ordering To Your Home
Collecting In Store
We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order.
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out in our order confirmation, within 5-10 working days of the date of our order confirmation excluding Bank holidays. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 30 days of the later of receipt of payment and the date of our order confirmation.
Standard Next Day delivery charges are £4.50 for orders under £50.00. Orders over £50.00 are free to Mainland UK addresses.
